PorridgeRecipe for how to make Porridge in the microwave. If you want to make your porridge on the stove, click here. Step 1. You will need rolled oats (pictured), a cup (pictured), a tablespoon (pictured), a bowl, a banana and some brown sugar.
Step 2. Put three (3) tablespoons of rolled oats into a cup.
Step 3. Add enough water to cover the rolled oats in the cup.
Step 4. Leave the cup of rolled oats for 25 minutes to soak. This makes the porridge creamier.
Step 5. 25 minutes later go back to the cup...
Step 6. Pour the contents of the cup into a bowl.
Step 7. Add a little bit of milk. Not too much, otherwise the porridge will not cook properly.
Step 8. Put the bowl in the microwave, and cook on high for 1 minute 45 seconds.
Step 9. Remove from microwave. Be careful, the bowl may be hot!
Step 10. Add some chopped bananas onto the porridge.
Step 11. Add some brown sugar to the porridge. I recommend 1 to 1 and a half tablespoons.
Step 12. Enjoy :)
