Poached Eggs You will need a medium/large pot, boiling water, Malt Vinegar, 2 eggs, and a large spoon.
Crack the eggs and put them into a cup. (This is to make it easier to put the egg into the pot.)
Put the boiling water into the pot, and add a small amount of Malt Vinegar.
Stir the water around. This is so that when adding the egg, it turns into an actual shape rather just a cloud.
Add the eggs, one at a time.
Using the spoon, pick the eggs up from the bottom and try to arrange them into a more coherent shape. Simmer for 5 minutes. While simmering, you can start following this recipe. Alternatively, prepare whatever you are going to be serving the eggs with.
After about 5 minutes of simmering, grab something to drain the eggs with and put the eggs on it.
Place the eggs on top of whatever you are going to be serving them with, in this case: toast.
Put some Hollandaise Sauce or whatever sauce you would like on top.
