Breville HealthSmart Grill Recipes
These recipes can be used with a George Foreman Grill or
a Breville HealthSmart Grill - all have been extensively tested by
scottg26.
With any of the recipes you can place a chopped tomato
on the grill - an easy way to increase your intake of vegetables!
Cajun and Lemon Chicken
Ingredients:
Sprinkle a generous amount of Cajun Seasoning onto the
bottom of a container. (I used a Pyrex rectangular dish.) Place the
whole Chicken breast on top of the Cajun Seasoning. Squeeze the juice
from the lemon over the chicken. Sprinkle Garlic Granules on top of the
chicken, and then sprinkle more Cajun Seasoning on top of
the Chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for
24 hours.
Warm up the grill, and place the Chicken on it, close
the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes, or until the Chicken is cooked all the
way through. Serve immediately.

The recipe was shown to me by a friend, and I changed it
from being cooked in the oven to being cooked on a grill. Try it today!
Sirloin Steak
Ingredients:
Warm up the grill, and place the Sirloin Steak on it.
Close the grill. Cook for 3-5 minutes, depending on taste. Serve
immediately. (I used Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce to give a bit
more flavour)
