Yet another ytmnd!

50 and a half hours at work last week, isn't Christmas fun?!?! I found it was easier when I simply abandoned all hope over actually leaving work on time...

Last weekend I went on a UBRS run and received my Magister's Bindings! Now only one piece of the set remains... Magister's Robes. The drop rate is about 6%. So in 20 runs I should have it. If not ... anger level will rise...

Enterprise is great, if you haven't bought the DVDs yet, go buy them NOW.

Today's Random Picture: One of the best chocolates in the world!!!

Today I made another ytmnd, Sparkler Bomb! I also did the Goat Shock one again, so now the audio is synchronized. You may need to refresh your browser a couple of times to get it to sync, however. See the original Sparkler Bomb movie here.

Today I hope to go on an LBRS/UBRS (Lower/Upper Blackrock Spire) run to try to get my Magister's Robe and Magister's Bindings. I might also try to do Gnomeregan as well with my hunter character.

Today's Random Picture: Lunch!!!

Yesterday I made a ytmnd! You can view it here. See the original movie here.

I have just started watching Enterprise. The first two episodes were quite good, better than I remember from a few years ago anyway. The DVDs are also in windscreen so that's all good.

Official scottg26.com weather forecast: Sunny, Cloudy, Rain. Repeat ad infinitum.

Tonight I tried the Cajun Chicken Pizza from Pizza Hut. This time I tried the "Stuffed Crust"... it was ok. Next time: the crispy one!

Today's Random Picture: Lightbulb!!!

Christmas has come early for me this year my friends! Today I went on 2 runs of Scholomance. In the first run, I received Magister's Mantle, and on the second run I received Magister's Crown!

Which also means I only require two more items (which can be found in UBRS - Upper Blackrock Spire) and the set is complete! (There is a + Fire Damage bonus once the set is complete, as well as +8 mana every 5 seconds and +10 intellect.) I'd buy the Bindings at the Auction House but they are hardly every there (at least on Suramar).

Here is a picture of my Level 60 Mage, with the new items:

I received a message I have never seen before on Suramar today:

Not since I started playing (back in February) have I ever seen this message. I always thought Suramar was a low population server...

Today's Random Picture: Berocca!

On the second day of Christmas the retards who choose the music at the supermarket gave to me:  A bunch of Christmas Carols!

Yes. The first Christmas Carol I had the unfortunate pleasure of hearing was a song with the lyrics (female voice): "It's the most wonderful tiiiiiiiiiiiiime of the year...!" Worst.Song.EVER! Next up we had some more, and some song which is just 15 seconds of music repeating for 5 minutes with no singing. Maybe the no singing is a good thing...

Last night I completed a bunch of quests in Ashenvale, tonight I hope to finish off most of the quests there and head to Darkshire. I'd like to do BFD as well but no one ever wants to do it... I guess I could just run through with my 60 Mage....

Tonight's dinner: Pizza Hut! 1/2 Supreme 1/2 Cajun Chicken on a standard (Pan?) base. Next time I might choose the crispy base for a bit of variety.

Today's Random Picture: Curtains with the sun shining with an interesting lens flare and shadow effect!

The 1st of December already... I have tried to prepare myself for the inevitable onslaught of Christmas Carols but know that any attempt to avoid them (especially while working in the supermarket) is futile. On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day they're fine....but until then lets just leave them alone ok?

I ordered a "new" (it's been out for some time now...) product into the shop this week: Dolmio Express Instant Microwave Pasta and Sauce!

Just 1 minute or so in the microwave and it's done. Although the pasta was fairly expensive (I could have bought 500g dried pasta for 99 cents if I had wanted to, this pasta cost me $2.49 for 250g of already cooked pasta...), it was very tasty!

The pasta formed part of my "Express Dinner"...

Dolmio Express Spiral Pasta, Dolmio Express Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce, Pam's Tuna Tomato and Basil Flavour, and last night's left over broccoli!

Analysis:

  • Preparation/Cooking Time: 4 minutes (excluding cooking the broccoli yesterday)
  • Value for money: Medium
  • Taste: Good
  • Nutritional Analysis: Protein, Carbohydrate. I'm not certain how many vitamins/minerals remain in the pasta sauce or the broccoli
  • Overall: 75%

I created a new character, a Hunter, called Galthorus (the second) in World of Warcraft on a PvP server. Currently level 31, about to head to Darkshire once I've finished off all the green quests in Ashenvale.

Today's Random Picture: A Fan! (which incidentally is too small, I must buy another one someday. Maybe this weekend...)
