Beef Curry

A traditional classic from the kitchen of scottg26.com!

Ingredients:

  • 400-500g Premium Beef Mince

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 Onion, diced

  • 140g of Tomato Paste

  • 1 can diced tomatoes (can be flavoured, I used "Pesto Style Tomatoes")

  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon of two different brands of hot (or mild) curry powder (1 teaspoon total)

  • Crushed Garlic

  • Garlic Granules

  • Italian Herbs

  • Coriander Leaves, dried

  • 1 teaspoon Beef Stock

Brown the beef mince in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and add the diced onion. Add the Beef Stock. Add the tomato paste, stir. Add the curry powder, stir. Add the diced tomatoes, then the Sugar and Salt. Sprinkle in some Garlic Granules and Italian Herbs, stir, and simmer for ten minutes. Add a teaspoon or two of Dried Coriander Leaves.

Serve with Basmati Rice or Spiral Pasta or Spaghetti.
