Eggs with Hollandaise Sauce

How to make Eggs with Hollandaise Sauce

Instructions for how to poach an egg can be found here.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Eggs

  • Hollandaise Sauce

  • Black Pepper

  • 2 Pieces of Toast, buttered

  • Malt Vinegar (if poaching the eggs)

  • Oil (Preferably Olive, if frying the eggs)

1. Poach or Fry the eggs.

2. When the eggs are about half done, put the bread in the toaster.

3. Butter the toast.

4. Chop up the toast into little squares (16 per piece - 4x4).

5. Remove the eggs from the pot/pan, and place on top of the toast.

6. Pour on the Hollandaise sauce.

7. Grind some Black Pepper on top.

8. Enjoy :)

You can also serve it with sausages (pictured), bacon, hash browns, the list is endless!
